Alex Beemer, CFA

Alex Beemer has spent roughly a decade in real estate investment, at a publicly traded REIT and in private equity, valuing property the way it is bought, sold and financed.

At EPR Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, he underwrote recreation and entertainment real estate, including ski resorts, casinos, waterparks and attractions, rising from investment analyst to associate director of investments.

At Axiom Equities, as Vice President of Investments and later Chief Investment Officer and Partner, he sourced, funded, managed and sold investments in apartments, single-family homes and retail. His advisory and investment committee work has extended to industrial and office property.

That experience is the basis of the practice: property valued as buyers, sellers and lenders value it.
